China thanks Morocco for its long-term and valuable support for issues concerning China's core interests and major concerns, and its efforts for and contributions to promoting China-Arab states cooperation and China-Africa cooperation. Since China and Morocco established strategic partnership in 2016, the development of bilateral cooperation in various fields has been accelerated with remarkable achievements and constant highlights. For the next phase, both sides should deepen cooperation in economy, trade and investment under the framework of the Belt and Road, enhance exchanges at all levels and in various fields, jointly ensure the success of the CASCF, and make full preparation for the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) to be held in September, in a bid to push bilateral strategic partnership to constantly reach new stages.

Morocco fully supports this. Over the past six decades since the establishment of diplomatic relations, Morocco and China have always enjoyed sincerity and friendship, mutual understanding and support. Morocco supports China in realizing national reunification at an early date, and its efforts in maintaining core interests, including the efforts in safeguarding maritime rights and interests. Morocco stands ready to, together with China, further enhance strategic communication, deepen cooperation in various fields, accelerate the advancement of the joint building of the Belt and Road, and strengthen coordination under the two major mechanisms, the CASCF and the FOCAC, in a bid to propel bilateral strategic partnership to constantly achieve new outcomes.
