Chinese President Hu Jintao Sends Condolences to Moroccan King over Terrorist Attack

On May 17, 2003, Chinese President Hu Jintao offered condolences to Moroccan King Mohammed VI over a series of suicide bombings in Casablanca that injured and killed innocent civilians.

Hu extended his deep sympathy and condolences to Moroccan King Mohammed VI, the Moroccan government and people and the families of the victims. He said the Chinese government strongly condemns such violent terrorist acts and supports the efforts by the international community to strengthen cooperation in fighting terrorism.
