The First Session of the 10th NPC is going to hold a press conference at the Great Hall of the People around 3:00 PM on March 6, 2003. At the invitation of the session spokesman, Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan will take questions from Chinese and foreign correspondents about the international situation and China's foreign policy.
